The breakfast was great and offered variety of items. The staff was amazingly nice, accommodating. Liked the location next to Fengqi subway station. We could drink something at Wasabiya Sushi Bar, located 1 mi away.

The central location is convenient, our room had great amenities like a refrigerator, dining area, and writing desk, and the staff were exceptionally friendly throughout our one-night stay.

We liked this brand-new hotel. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and extremely friendly. The room was beautifully designed, brand-new and included climate control, cable television, and a mini bar fridge. The offered breakfast was great and included a lot of options. Favorable location, the free parking was available.

I loved the room with a bathtub, and it had great amenities like climate control, a multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar. The hotel's location was perfect, near main streets, a good restaurant, train station, and shopping. I felt safe during my stay.

The location was incredibly convenient as it was right outside a metro exit, making it easy to explore the city. I also loved how close I was to Xihu, which was within comfortable walking distance. The room itself was spacious and stylishly decorated, with modern amenities like USB charging ports and remote-controlled appliances. It was a pleasant surprise to have music playing automatically when I entered the room with my key card. The separate toilet and shower were a nice touch, although the frosted panels were slightly translucent. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast provided, which had a delicious spread of different foods.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, it was conveniently only a few steps away from the metro station which made traveling around so easy. One of the best aspects was the service, the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful with anything I needed. I also appreciated the great room amenities, which included ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The room itself was comfortable, with a dining table and garden furniture, and there were even dining and lounge areas available. Lastly, the leisure facilities were fantastic, I particularly enjoyed the billiard tables.
